Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except forquality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCTDEFECTS section below for new product shipment.
Product Defects
1. All parcel will be packed in Styrofoam box. If the product isnot in good condition when you receive, please send to our customer service.
a. Take a photo of your consignment note andthe parcel.
b. Send us the photos and we will ship/ compensate a new item within 1-3 working days.
2. If you found that the product received isn't same with whatyou ordered,
a. Take a photo of the defect product andsend to our customer service.
b. If we are shipping the wrong product toyou, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within1-3 working days.
